Kind of looks the part, but didn’t taste very good - like a thick underdone pancake with cabbage in. And I totally messed up the sauce — it went down the sink. Must try again.

Sweet potato falafel
In wraps with greek yogurt and sweet chilli, and spicy mini roasties.
Recipe from the Leon cookbook. These are a bit time-consuming, what with having to roast the potatoes, then leave them to cool then re-heating. I add some red onion and chilli to the mix, and fry the falafel instead of baking.
